Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of airroamer.co (the “Site”) and your purchase of eSIM data plans through it. The Site is operated by Three Headz LLC (“AirRoamer,” a three headz company, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or making a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What We Sell

AirRoamer sells prepaid eSIM data plans for international travel, covering 100+ destinations worldwide. An eSIM is a digital product: after payment, we deliver an eSIM profile (a QR code and activation details) to the email address you provide at checkout. Each plan includes the data allowance, coverage area, and validity period described on its product page at the time of purchase. Top-up plans that add data to an existing eSIM are also available for eligible eSIMs.

Device Compatibility

eSIMs only work on eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. It is your responsibility to confirm before purchase that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked. Purchases made for incompatible or locked devices are covered by our Refund Policy.

Ordering, Payment, and Delivery

  • You must provide a valid email address at checkout — it is the delivery channel for your eSIM.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown before you pay; promotional codes, when applied, are reflected in the total at checkout.
  • After successful payment, your eSIM is provisioned automatically and delivered by email, typically within minutes. If delivery fails, we retry, and you can contact support@airroamer.co for help.

Service and Coverage

Data connectivity is provided over local partner networks in each destination through our eSIM supplier. Actual coverage, speed, and availability depend on the local networks at your location and are outside our direct control. Plans are for ordinary personal use; network operators may apply fair-use management. Unused data expires at the end of a plan's validity period.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Site or an eSIM for unlawful purposes, fraud, or abuse, or in violation of applicable telecommunications regulations.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the admin area, or related systems, or interfere with their operation.
  • Do not resell eSIMs purchased from the Site without our prior written permission.

Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Three Headz LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and the eSIM plans are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that connectivity will be uninterrupted or error-free in every location.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Headz LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or an eSIM plan. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and for any other claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
